Crab Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crab meat or 1 c. backfin crab
1 to 2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
1 (4 oz.) jar Old English American cheese spread
1 pkg. English muffins, split
Preparation

Cream the cheese and butter together; add crab meat and seasonings to mixture. Split muffins, then quarter them. Spread crab meat on muffin pieces. Place muffins on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until canapes begin to turn golden. Best when served warm.
