Green Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium-sized romaine lettuce leaves, torn
1/2 c. parsley, torn
3/4 c. purple (Chinese) cabbage, slivered
1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
2 or 3 red onions rings, sliced very thin
1/2 avocado, sliced lengthwise
olive oil to taste
lemon juice to taste
Preparation

Prepare greens in a salad bowl; add celery and toss.
Garnish with onion and avocado.
Add olive oil and lemon juice or other favorite dressing.
Serves two.
