Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. fine cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sesame seed
2 to 3 lb. cut up chicken
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Dip chicken in milk, then dry ingredients.
Pour melted margarine over chicken and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
May have to raise temperature to brown rapidly.
