Fish Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Marinate fish in refrigerator for at least four hours.
    Grill over charcoal.
    Best with larger fish steaks.
