Mulled Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. apple cider
    1 tsp. dried orange peel
    1 tsp. whole cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. whole juniper berries
    1 to 2 sticks cinnamon (broken)
Preparation
    In square piece of cooking cheesecloth, measure all spices and orange peel.
    Tie with string.
    Steep the spice bag in cider on low heat for one hour.
    Serve hot as is, or add a shot of cider.
