Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 (48 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 medium onions, chopped in blender with water (do not drain)
    2 to 3 stalks celery, chopped in blender with water (do not drain)
    2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In soup pot, place broth, potatoes, onion and juice, celery and juice, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil and simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Add instant potato flakes and milk.
    Bring back to boil.
    If not thick enough, add more potato flakes.
