Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 onion
    1 1/3 c. celery
    2 carrots
    2 (14 oz.) cans tomatoes
    8 pkg. G. W. broth or 8 tsp. McKay's seasoning
    6 c. water
    2 potatoes
    2 c. cabbage
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. marjoram
    2 to 3 oz. pasta curls
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 can kidney beans
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables and parsley.
    Saute first 3 items in oil. Add down to cabbage and simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add seasonings to taste.
