Louisiana Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    4 pork loin chops
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. each: chopped onion and green bell pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    In ovenproof skillet, heat oil; fry chops until lightly browned.
    Place 1/2 cup rice on top of each chop.
    Sprinkle onion and green pepper on top of rice.
