Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar or molasses
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. boiling water
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, whole wheat flour, sugar, salt and margarine.
    Pour boiling water over all and mix well; when lukewarm, stir in yeast. Stir in approximately half of flour; turn out on floured surface and knead in rest of flour.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Let rise until double in size; punch down.
    Shape into 2 loaves; place in greased bread pans and let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool on rack.
    Brush tops with margarine.
