Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 cup onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 box HyVee scalloped potatoes
    16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 pint tomatoes
    3 cups water
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, salt, pepper and onion.
    Stir in season mix from scalloped potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Add potatoes, frozen vegetables and tomatoes, stir.
    Add 3 cups water.
    Simmer until potatoes are done and desired thickness is reached.
