Easy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    2 1/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    3 c. white unbleached flour
Preparation
    Using wire whisk, dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix in oil, salt and sugar until dissolved.
    Using wooden spoon, stir in 5 1/2 cups flour.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining flour over dough and knead until easily handled.
    Divide into 2 parts and put into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Place pans in warm area and cover with towel or cloth napkin.
    Let rise to double its size.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
