Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy, add oil and sugar, mix well by hand.
    Add zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to batter.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool completely before cutting.
