Deep Fried Chicken Tenders - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 tenders
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    5 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix milk, egg, pepper, salt and paprika together.
    Add chicken tenders and let set for 1 hour.
    Take out and drain well.
    Roll in flour.
    Drop into hot oil and cook for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
