Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 jar junior baby food prunes or plums
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
    Sift the flour and spices.
    Add to mix.
    Add baby food and mix well.
    Fold in pecans.
    Pour into greased tube pan or loaf pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
