Canadian Cheese Soup(Secret Shortcut Makes It Fast And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
    1 (13 3/4) oz. can chicken broth
    3 c. water
    1/4 c. finely diced carrots
    1/4 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. light cream
    parsley as desired
Preparation
    Mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, broth, water, carrots, celery in 3-quart saucepan.
    Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender.
    Remove from heat, add cream and parsley.
    Serves 6-9.
