Date Nut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cut up dates
    1 c. coarsely chopped English walnuts
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat the first 4 ingredients to boiling.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour hot sugar mixture and 1 teaspoon vanilla in baking pan then add the flour mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Cake will come to top and sauce will form on the bottom.
