Strawberry Salad(Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small pkg. strawberry jello
    2 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 13 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    2 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries and liquid
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add pineapple and partly thawed strawberries.
    Stir until strawberries are melted.
    Put half of mixture into 9x13 pan.
    Let set.
    Spread sour cream on top, sprinkle with pecans, let set.
    Spoon other half of mixture on top and let set.
    It works better if you let the sour cream set out for awhile and then stir it real well.
