Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 large box orange Jell-O
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
    1 large container cottage cheese
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and cottage cheese until Jell-O is dissolved and well mixed.
    Drain all fruit very well; mix with cottage cheese mixture.
    Fold in Cool Whip and nuts.
    Refrigerate several hours. Can be used as a salad or dessert.
