Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. glass jar kraut (Libby's)
    1 c. celery
    1 bell pepper
    1 large red onion
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar (red wine)
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Squeeze juice out of kraut, chop celery, pepper and onion.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Let set in refrigerator overnight; stir once or twice, if possible.
