Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Quick oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 lb. apples, sliced thin
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Combine oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
Place fruit in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
