Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. crab meat
Preparation

Melt butter. Add flour, salt and mustard.
Mix well and add milk slowly. Add lemon juice. Cook until semi-thick.
Pour over crab.
Bake in a well buttered casserole.
