Remoulade Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bunch celery, finely chopped
    1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
    3 or 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 jar Creole mustard
    1/3 jar horseradish
    1/2 jar capers, well drained
    1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well; store in refrigerator.
    Wonderful with shrimp or crab meat.
