Ingredients

4 cucumbers (medium), sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. sugar or 4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
2/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Mix first 5 ingredients and set aside 1 hour.
Then add sugar or Sweet 'N Low and lemon juice.
Mix all together and put in refrigerator.
