Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag spinach (1 lb.)
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Take stems off spinach; wash and put in plastic bag in the refrigerator to get cold and crisp.
    Two eggs are sliced for the top of salad, the other 2 are chopped and mixed with the remaining ingredients for the dressing.
    Just before serving, pour over crisp spinach; garnish with sliced eggs and serve.
