1 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 T. milk
2 t. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour
10 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0. In a large bowl, beat butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk, vanilla and egg until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients until well blended. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake 10-12 minutes for soft cookies and 12-14 minutes for crisp cookies.
