Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    3/4 c. milk
    4 1/2 c. bread cubes
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Pour cream and milk over bread cubes in large bowl.
    Beat egg yolks and 1 cup sugar until light.
    Stir in raisins and vanilla. Stir egg yolk mixture into bread mixture.
    Let stand 10 minutes. Beat egg whites; add 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff but not dry.
    Fold egg whites into bread mixture.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole; set in pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
