Curried Fruit Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can peach halves
1 (29 oz.) can pear halves
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
1 (15 oz.) can apricot halves
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
2 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation

Drain all fruits; combine fruits* in
a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, melted butter and curry; stir well and spoon over fruit.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Good served with any entree.
We serve this on Christmas morning with Laura's Eggs and Grits Souffle.
