Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vinegar
5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Sift together the flour and salt into bowl.
Cut in shortening and butter until crumbly.
Mix vinegar with cold water.
Add to flour mixture.
Stir with fork until dough clings together. Divide into 2 portions.
Roll on floured surface.
Makes 2 crusts.
