Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    5 large eggs
    1 small can milk (add water to make 1 c.)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
    Add flour and milk, alternately, ending with flour. Fold in flavoring by hand.
    Bake in ungreased tube pan for 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Start in cold oven.
    (Do not open door while baking.)
