Gene'S Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
6 potatoes, cut quartered
1 carrot, cut in 2-inch pieces
4 stalks celery
2 c. tomato juice
4 Tbsp. tapioca
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 onion, sliced
Preparation

Put meat into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking dish; put potatoes, carrots, onion and celery.
Sprinkle tapioca over.
Add tomato juice on top; salt and sugar.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours, covered with foil.
