Pea Wiggle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can peas
    1 can tuna
Preparation
    Make white sauce by melting shortening in saucepan.
    Add flour and milk, stirring all the time.
    Bring to a boil.
    When mixture is smooth, add peas and tuna.
    Serve over potatoes or rice.
