Coca-Cola Salad For Diabetics(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. sugar-free cherry Jell-O
    1 can crushed pineapple in natural juices
    1 can tart pie cherries
    1 (12 oz.) diet Coke
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain fruits and save juices; heat juices and use to dissolve Jell-O.
    Cool and add Coca-Cola.
    Chill until thick.
    Stir in cream cheese, fruits and nuts.
    Chill again until firm, then cut into serving size pieces.
