Country Garden Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium red potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
salt and pepper
1 onion, diced
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets until just tender.
Dice and put in shallow casserole dish.
Moisten with milk.
Mix peppers, onions, parsley and cheese and sprinkle over potatoes.
Drizzle with melted butter and season.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
