Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
2/3 c. condensed milk
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 c. chopped almonds
Preparation

Combine coconut, sugar and flour in mixing bowl.
Stir in eggs and almond extract.
Stir in almonds.
Mix well.
Drop teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Bake at 275\u00b0 until edges of cookies are golden brown.
Remove from baking sheets immediately. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
