Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 box raisins
1 box coconut
1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add well beaten eggs.
Add flour, baking powder and milk.
Beat well; add spices and fruit.
Bake in layers at 350\u00b0.
