White Fruit Cake(For Those Who Hate Fruitcakes.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites, beaten until stiff (add last)
1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. coconut, red candied cherries and candied pineapple
1 lb. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, except fruit and nuts.
Cream butter and sugar. Combine with the dry ingredients. Add fruit and nuts. Mix. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 275\u00b0 and 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
