Pan-Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cleaned fish
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 egg
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    fish\twith
    salt and pepper.\tBlend water and egg. Dip
    fish
    into
    egg, and then coat with Bisquick.\tCook fish in oil for 10 minutes, turning to brown evenly.
