Beef And Onion Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast (boneless)
2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix (dry)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Place the chuck roast in the center of extra wide, heavy-duty foil in a roasting pan.
Brush meat with A.1.
sauce and sprinkle the onion soup mix over it.
Spread mushroom soup over top and sides of meat.
Wrap loosely in the foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Serves 6 people.
