Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix and sift
    flour,
    cinnamon,
    nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, baking powder and
    salt.
    Mix sugar and eggs thoroughly. Add oil and mix well
    again.
    Add
    vanilla, zucchini and nuts. Bake in 2 loaf pans that have been greased and floured at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
