Joann'S Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini
    1 c. onion
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, onion and margarine until tender.
    Add basil, oregano, garlic powder and parsley flakes to zucchini mixture. Mix together Mozzarella cheese and eggs.
    Spread rolls into pie plate.
    Spread mustard over crust.
    Add zucchini mixture, then pour cheese and egg mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
