Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 c. mashed persimmons
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, and cooking oil; beat well. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt; add gradually to egg mixture; mix well. Add persimmons and mix well. Pour into 1 large or 2 small pans. Bake 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
