Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. corn oil
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
4 c. plus 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter, oils and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients. Mix into creamed mixture.
Add vanilla.
Mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
