Crawfish Etoufee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 C. Margarine or butter
    2 Onions chopped
    1/2 C. Celery chopped
    1/2 C. Green pepper chopped
    1 Can RoTel tomatoes
    2 lbs. Crawfish (found in blocks at Walmart already seasoned)
    cayenne pepper
    Tony Chachere creole seasoning
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and green peppers in margarine. Add remaining ingredients.
    Add cayenne pepper and seasoning to taste. Simmer.
    Serve over white rice.
