Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1/4 c. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. canola oil
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. walnuts
2 c. sugar
Preparation

In bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Using a whisk, add the remaining ingredients one at a time.
Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
