Pork With Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 to 8 oz. each) pork chops, boned and sliced thinly lengthwise
    1 tsp. dark soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. yellow bean paste
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. Chinese Rose wine or sweet sherry
    2 carrots, sliced
    8 oz. snow peas
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1-inch piece ginger root, peeled and finely chopped
Preparation
    Place pork in a dish.
    In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, bean paste, 1 tablespoon peanut oil and Rose wine or sherry.
    Then pour over pork.
    Turn slices to coat.
    Marinate 1 hour.
    Drain and reserve marinade.
