Almond Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. oleo or butter
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
2 c. chicken stock
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped toasted almonds
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add mushrooms and onion; saute.
Add flour; blend well.
Add salt, pepper and chicken stock; cook until smooth and thick.
Add lemon juice and almonds.
Serve over baked chicken loaf.
