Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. loose pack frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. cooked ham, diced
2 c. shredded Colby cheese
1/2 c. canned milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
dry onion
Preparation

Press hash browns between paper towels to remove moisture. Press hash browns onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.
Sprinkle on salt and some dry onion.
Drizzle melted butter over crust.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Toss together the ham and cheese.
Place in crust.
Beat milk with the eggs and seasoning salt.
Pour over ham and cheese.
Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
