Orange Date Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add remaining ingredients.
Bake in sheath pan or 2 layers for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
