January 5Th Chili(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. ground coriander
    2 oz. chili powder
    1 oz. ground cumin
    4 oz. tomato paste
    1 c. enchilada sauce
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    3 cloves garlic, skewered
    1 c. beer
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in oil. Season with spices, salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and enchilada sauce. Stir in flour. Place in crock-pot.
    Add garlic and beer.
    Cook on high for 1 hour.
    Reduce temperature to low and cook until done, about 4 to 5 hours. Check at 2 to 3 hours and add additional liquid (beer, water or beef bouillon).
