Homemade Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour (plain or self-rising)
    2 tsp. baking powder (if you use plain flour)
    1 tsp. salt (if you use plain flour)
    3 tsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat whites until it forms a foam.
    Mix dry ingredients; add egg yolks, milk and oil.
    Add egg whites gradually.
    Mix only until blended.
    Pour 1 1/4 cups on preheated waffle griddle.
